The defining feature of the 309 Ultra is its high-energy micron-scale bubble cleaning technology. High-pressure water and airflow interact rapidly to create fine water-air bubbles, which are applied to the cleaning surface before wiping.
Compared with conventional direct spraying, the fine-bubble approach is designed to distribute moisture more evenly and help loosen adhered dirt before the cleaning pads pass over the surface.
The robot uses dual-sided atomizing spray, allowing water mist to be applied from both sides of the cleaning area. This works together with the dual-pad structure to support wet cleaning over the working surface.
Two high-density cleaning pads operate together with the spray system. The combination of atomized moisture and mechanical wiping is designed to improve the removal of everyday dust and adhered stains from suitable smooth surfaces.

The Dual-Sided Spraying Automatic Glass Cleaning Robot uses a 2.62 programmable controller to manage its cleaning process. The control system supports automatic route planning so the robot can follow an organized cleaning path rather than relying entirely on continuous manual movement.
The machine incorporates sensor-based edge recognition to identify the boundaries of the working surface during operation. This helps control the cleaning path when the robot approaches the edge of a suitable glass panel.
Automatic cleaning is supplemented by manual control, allowing the operator to intervene when required for positioning or specific cleaning tasks.
The programmable control system supports later firmware updating, providing a way to maintain and expand the machine's control functions according to the applicable product version.
When the external power supply is interrupted, the backup battery can maintain suction for approximately 20–30 minutes. This provides additional time for the machine to remain attached to the working surface during a power interruption.
A low-battery warning function alerts the operator when the available battery power is running low, helping the user respond before the backup power is depleted.
A manual emergency-stop function allows the operator to interrupt operation when necessary.
A safety rope is supplied as an additional physical protection measure for vertical and elevated cleaning applications.
The combination of backup suction, sensor monitoring, emergency control and safety-rope support provides several layers of operational protection for suitable vertical-surface cleaning tasks.
The 309 Ultra is designed for smooth, flat vertical surfaces and can work with both framed and frameless glass.
Suitable application surfaces include:
· Glass windows
· Glass doors
· Smooth architectural glass
· Suitable marble surfaces
· Other compatible smooth flat surfaces
Actual suitability depends on the surface condition, flatness and the robot's ability to maintain stable adhesion.
The 309 Ultra is designed for suitable residential glass-cleaning applications where frequent manual access to elevated windows is inconvenient.
It can be used for suitable glass surfaces in offices, commercial properties and other buildings requiring regular cleaning.
Support for both framed and frameless glass provides flexibility for different architectural window designs.
Suitable smooth glass doors can also be included in routine cleaning tasks where the robot can maintain stable adhesion.
The machine can be considered for other compatible smooth surfaces, including suitable marble and flat hard surfaces.
Instead of relying on a single spray direction, the Dual-Sided Spraying Automatic Glass Cleaning Robot combines dual-sided atomized spraying with two cleaning pads, creating an integrated wet-spray-and-wipe cleaning process.
The programmable controller provides a platform for automatic route planning, edge recognition and firmware updating.
Power-off suction retention, low-battery warning, manual emergency stop and a supplied safety rope are integrated into the operating system for vertical cleaning use.
Users can rely on automatic cleaning paths for routine operation while retaining manual control when positioning or intervention is needed.
