LIESA Submits Patent Application for Easy-to-Wire Splash-Proof Junction Box Specially Optimized for Cleaning Small Household Appliances

Qingdao, China-LIESA Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. has officially filed a new utility patent application with the China National Intellectual Property Administration for its self-developed easy-to-wire splash-proof junction box, a dedicated connection component tailored for cleaning-category small household appliances including window-cleaning robots and other wet-cleaning equipment.

During the daily operation of cleaning appliances, water splashes, cleaning foam and fine dust can easily reach internal wiring connectors, bringing hidden risks such as poor contact, short-circuit and accelerated ageing of circuits. Targeting this real-world pain point, LIESA’s engineering team has redesigned the internal layout and sealing structure of the junction box.

The product adopts a human-centered inner-cavity layout with enlarged operating space for wiring. Technicians can complete cable positioning, terminal fastening and wire sorting in fewer steps, greatly shortening assembly time during production and after-sales maintenance procedures. Equipped with an upgraded integrated splash-proof sealing structure, the enclosure effectively isolates splashing water, detergent foam and dust particles generated in wet-cleaning scenarios, delivering stable and continuous protection for electrical connection terminals of cleaning small home appliances.

Beyond compatibility with LIESA’s own window-cleaning robot series, this new-generation junction box maintains good adaptability for a wide range of wet-type cleaning small appliances, offering reliable wiring-protection solutions for diverse product development requirements.
