LIESA has achieved another key technological breakthrough in the R&D of intelligent cleaning devices. The independently developed Motor Fixing Bracket Structure, fully designed and innovated by the LIESA technical team, has officially completed the patent application process with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). Patent Application No.: 2021204933198
As the core power component of window cleaning robots, the motor’s fixation structure directly determines the machine’s stability, noise level, running accuracy, cleaning performance, and high-altitude operation safety. Traditional window-cleaning devices commonly suffer from structural looseness, motor offset, excessive vibration, loud noise, and uneven stress after long-term continuous operation, which greatly affect cleaning quality and service life.
To solve these industry pain points, LIESA’s R&D team launched an exclusive structural optimization. The newly upgraded motor fixing bracket features high fitting precision, strong structural rigidity, anti-vibration performance and low deformation design. With integrated load-bearing structure and balanced force distribution, the motor maintains zero offset, low vibration and high concentricity during long-hour operation.

1. Excellent Vibration Reduction & Noise Reduction
Effectively reduces high-frequency vibration generated by high-speed motor operation, making the whole machine run quieter and smoother.
2. Long-term Structural Stability
Prevents structural looseness caused by high-altitude temperature differences, wind pressure and long-time working, eliminating hidden dangers of motor displacement and falling off.
3. Higher Cleaning Accuracy
Stable motor operation ensures precise walking tracks and even cleaning pressure, delivering smoother, streak-free glass cleaning results.
4. Extended Service Life
Reduces resonance wear of internal parts, lowers failure rates, and greatly improves durability and commercial continuous working performance.
5. Improved High-altitude Safety
Reinforced structural rigidity perfectly matches the power-off safety system, providing double protection for high-rise exterior window cleaning.
This patent application proves LIESA’s independent R&D capability in core mechanical structures. It marks that LIESA has broken the limitations of traditional public mould structures and realized full independent innovation from internal structure to overall performance.
In the future, LIESA will continue investing in technological innovation and independent intellectual property accumulation. We will provide more stable, safer and high-quality smart cleaning products for global household users, commercial buyers and distributors, while supporting customized OEM and ODM solutions for worldwide partners.
