LIESA Launches Joint R&D Project for Residential Energy Storage Inverter All-in-One System

Recently, LIESA Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. officially announced that the company has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with an industry chain partner. The two parties will jointly carry out R&D on small residential energy storage systems and bidirectional energy storage inverter products, officially entering the residential new energy storage market.

LIESA's Existing R&D and Manufacturing Capabilities

As a technology company focused on the R&D of smart cleaning appliances and the export of products to global overseas markets, LIESA has accumulated mature experience in smart home appliance hardware R&D, structural design, supply chain management, and overseas OEM/ODM customization. Relying on its existing R&D laboratory and engineering team, this cooperation will leverage the respective strengths of both parties and focus on the market demand for overseas residential backup power supplies and residential photovoltaic-storage integrated systems. The two parties will develop a complete solution covering small residential energy storage batteries and bidirectional hybrid inverters designed for overseas households.

Development of a Residential Energy Storage Inverter All-in-One System

According to the project leader, the core product jointly developed in this project is positioned as a small residential energy storage inverter all-in-one system. Unlike traditional unidirectional vehicle inverters, the new product adopts a bidirectional PCS architecture and supports grid charging, photovoltaic charging, and uninterrupted off-grid power supply. It is equipped with an intelligent energy management system and can achieve seamless switching during power outages and peak-valley electricity price scheduling. The system is suitable for multiple scenarios, including villa residences, overseas regions with frequent power outages, and outdoor backup power supply.

At the current stage, the project has completed requirements definition and solution review, and R&D and prototype testing are progressing in an orderly manner.

Global OEM and ODM Services

LIESA stated that, relying on its mature foreign trade channels, once the energy storage inverter products are launched, the company will also provide global customers with bulk supply, private-label services, and customized development through OEM & ODM services, further expanding its overseas smart home product line.
